You will be responsible for delivering expected sales revenue target and profitability.
Your responsibilities include, account management, developing in-depth market knowledge; generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure.
Actively promote our services and solutions in accordance to business plan. The focus is on Air, Ocean, Warehouse services and Co load sales.
Check prices of goods routes, space, ask for freetime for shipments.
Go off with other co-workers to buy/ sell available space / booking from airline and carrier.
Undertake sales presentations to present the company and its services.
Attend to customers feedback/ complaints, and follow up with after sales service.
Act as the customers' main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure that -their queries, problems, or issues are deal with appropriately.
