Sales Closer

outbound BPO

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers using provided leads or dialer
Understand customer needs and present services effectively
Handle objections professionally and close sales on the call
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
Follow sales scripts while keeping conversations natural and engaging
Work closely with the QA and team lead to improve performance
