Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to Arts and Crafts on Offutt AFB. Responsibilities Assists customers in placing orders across all sections within the Arts and Crafts Center. Maintains security of all merchandise, equipment and funds assigned to the facility. Provides professional customer service, answers telephone calls and emails, disseminating information to the appropriate section, and assists shop users with craft skills development and work procedures. Assists manager with daily deposits, placing/receiving supply orders, and inventory reports and assists with inventories. Maintains clean, neat, and safe work environment. Operates resale activity. Performs over-the-counter selling of a variety of merchandise which may include but is not limited to novelty gifts, and other miscellaneous items.
