Position Overview
JOB PURPOSE
The Business Development role is primarily responsible for generating revenue to achieve agreed sales goals/targets (new business and renewal), and building/ developing a team of independent Protection Partners at the most cost-efficient manner.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish sales goals and targets for his/her business unit.
- Define and/or assess the strategies or action plans to meet the desired sales goals/targets aligned with the Middle Marketβs overall business strategy.
- Track and analyze sales data to address gaps or spot opportunities.
- Develop strategic recruitment and productivity programs that are sustainable and cost-effective.
- Enable and equip his Protection Partners to increase their productivity, improve their performance, and keep them motivated.
