Build, maintain, and optimize sales dashboards in Power BI and HubSpot to support realβtime visibility into KPIs, pipeline health, forecasting, and salesperson performance.
Develop advanced Excel models (including Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data automation workflows).
Analyze sales activities, lead quality, deal velocity, win/loss patterns, and revenue trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Maintain data integrity across HubSpot and related systems to ensure accurate reporting.
Work with Sales Leadership to refine forecasting models, quota structures, and performance metrics.
Provide insights that guide territory planning, customer segmentation, and compensation modeling.
Support CRM optimization, ensuring efficient processes, clean data, and adoption of HubSpot reporting tools.
