Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Conversion
Actively manage and convert inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and social media platforms into trial classes or enrollments.
Conduct facility tours and program orientations for parents, highlighting the unique pedagogical benefits of GM Education.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets as defined by the companyβs sales roadmap.
2. Relationship Management
Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing parent concerns and providing regular updates on student schedules.
Follow up with warm leads and previous enrollees for re-enrollment opportunities.
Assist in community activation events and mall marketing efforts to increase brand visibility.
3. Administrative Compliance
Ensure all student registration forms and contracts are accurately completed and filed.
