Responsibilities
- Onboard targeted sellers to the platform through cold calling, WhatsApp follow-up, and ambush seller visits.
- Effectively persuade sellers to join the platform.
- Identify, understand, and address sellers' needs and obstacles to facilitate onboarding.
Job Requirements
- Driven to achieve monthly targets; incentive-based, with higher incentives earned for onboarding more sellers.
- Comfortable with cold calling.
- Willing to travel throughout Malaysia for field visits.
- Highly motivated and passionate about helping others.
- Adaptable to changes in work processes to maximize seller onboarding success.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
