Position Overview
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
- Negotiate and close agreements; maintain old business and acquire new clients;
- Develop trusted relationships with key IB, and community; Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value;
- Achieve the monthly set target;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to client needs and objectives;
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders;
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
- Forecast and track key clients metrics (e.g. monthly deposit/top-up results and quarterly forecasts);
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory;
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
