Insight Global's leading commercial real estate client is looking to bring on a Sales Associate. The role is focused on learning through experience, and supports a Business Development Director (BDD) or Business Development Manager (BDM) with the development of new business opportunities within target market sectors, ensuring we sell at a price that delivers the customers’ requirements without compromising service quality. Day to day responsibilities include:
Pipeline cultivation
— Develop skills to understand how to map the market and learn to use your creativity to help develop a pipeline strategy with short, medium and long-term opportunities across target markets
— Develop skills to successfully build relationships with potential clients, and source and manage new opportunities
— Build a relationship with the Business Unit Leader (BUL) and work in partnership on planned cultivation activities
