LHAS Floral and Gifts works as a team to serve the hospital, employees, patients, and visitors. We aim to be an escape for people having a tough time, so customer service is very important to us. We are passionate because the money we raise here goes back to the hospital in the form of grants, funding programs created by UPMC employees.

**Purpose:**
As the public face for LHAS, the Sales Associate/Visual Merchandiser is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company's product, service and policies.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding service.
+ Opens and closes store, operates POS, and maintains lottery machines, managing financial transactions, balancing drawer and preparing deposits.
