Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Provide friendly assistance and support to customers visiting the showroom
- Recommend suitable lighting, bathroom, and home fixture products based on customer preferences
- Explain product features and usage clearly to customers
- Assist with quotations and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Support daily showroom operations, including product display and housekeeping
- Coordinate with team members on stock availability and delivery arrangements
- Contribute to achieving overall sales and service goals
