Responsibilities
A brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customersProvide exemplary quality of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationshipAnswer customer enquiries and provide professional feedback according to the brand’s standardsMaintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the windowsAssist in daily store operations Requirements
Location at Johor Premium OutletPossess at least SPM, Diploma, Professional Degree in any field preferable with 1 - 2 years of retail experiencePrior exposure in premium fashion brands/menswear brandsPossess good customer service and interpersonal skillPossess good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred
