Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting spectacles and eyewear suitable for their needs
• Provide good customer service to children, parents and adult patients
• Explain lens options, frame features and promotions clearly
• Manage appointments and patient registration
• Handle cashiering and administrative duties
• Support social media or simple product posting if required
• Pack and prepare online orders for delivery
• Coordinate and track online sales shipments and delivery status
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the showroom/practice
• Maintain routine checks on vision related equipment
• Perform inventory checks
• Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor
