Job Description
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, including major customers within the automotive industry
- Conduct end-to-end sales activities, including customer visits, inquiry handling, quotation preparation, negotiation, and order follow-up
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Lead, supervise, and develop sales team members to achieve departmental goals
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and projects
- Monitor customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
