Job Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
• Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients through product details and stories.
• Know the daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify customer expectations, advise on products, and facilitate add‑on sales.
• Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile.
• Handle customer database and clienteling.

Relationship Management

• Ensure a welcoming, client‑focused environment via in‑person, phone, and electronic communication.
