The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Velocity's sales force to deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes.

. Coordinate inbound and outbound order process
. Coordinate Nonconforming Material process
Essential Functions
. Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity's ERP
. Coordinate with purchasing teamon behalf of salesperson at times
. Coordinate with Inspection andDistribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped ontime
. Process sales and purchaseorders and manage open order report
. Data entry, BP entry anduploading lists
. Order changes and problemresolution
. Create service orders andrequest service and testing quotes
. Create RMA's and link orders
. Stock allocations, lot assignments and product records
