Position Overview
- Taking customer calls and orders
- Generate and processes quotes, purchase orders, and new sales leads as necessary
- Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
- Handling outside and inside processing orders
- Coordinate logistics
- Management of inventory stock for customers
- Follow up on payments
- Making sales reports
- Ability to network and make cold calls to potential prospects
