Key Responsibilities
Open and close the branch daily, supported by an Admin/Sales Assistant.Develop, maintain, and grow existing customer relationships.Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities.Prepare quotations and manage customer correspondence.Process sales-related administration using Microsoft Office and email systems.Oversee the loading and offloading of stock, including customer deliveries and incoming stock from Head Office.Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot minor machine-related issues on-site.Liaise with and coordinate external service technicians for warranty and non-warranty repairs.Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
