Main Responsibilities
Manage cash register operations, including opening, closing, and reconciliationReview and comment on relevant reports using internal toolsComplete after-sales service files through desktop applicationsPrepare products for repair shipments and follow up with customers accordinglyHandle customer service tasks, including order sourcing, validation, and customer notificationsProcess remote sales payments and ensure customer follow-upOrder, track, and distribute staff uniformsProfile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service requiredStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skills in Dutch and English required; French is a plusAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficient in computer applications and digital tools
