Sales and Service Advisor vacancy 

Independent Business – Belfast Region

Basic Salary up to £24,960 + Bonus (OTE up to £31,680)

Full-time – Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours)

We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Service Advisor to join a successful branch in the Belfast area. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a customer-facing position, combining sales, service support, and administration in a busy and varied environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Sales & Service Advisor:

Deliver excellent customer service at the counter, over the phone, and by email.

Advise customers on a wide range of products and services, taking orders accurately and efficiently.

Manage bookings for trailer hire, towbar fitting, and related workshop services.

Ensure stock is correctly received, displayed, and well presented to maximise sales opportunities.
