Position Overview
Job Description - Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation
- Support in project documentation submission
- Support order processing and follow up on order status, deliveries and invoicing
- Maintain and update sales & project records, customer databases and CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution
- Assist in organizing customer meetings, demos and sales events
- Support market research, competitor analysis and customer data collection
Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
- Basic understanding of sales operations or business administration
- Willingness to learn about technical products and B2B sales processes
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
