Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Database Management
• Build and maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy through regular data cleansing and validation.
• Implement customer coding for segmentation by region, industry, and type.
• Conduct data entry, de-duplication, and format databases compatible with Excel and CRM systems.
CRM Management & Support
• Regularly update CRM with customer interactions, set appointments for Business Development Managers (BDMs), and assign leads based on customer
segmentation.
• Manage contacts, ensuring accurate classification and current records.
Marketing Campaign Management
• Oversee and manage the marketing calendar, executing email, SMS, and LinkedIn campaigns using CRM systems.
• Design and distribute marketing content to align with brand strategy.
Sales Support
• Document call notes and track follow-up actions in CRM.
