Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
Good communication and presentation skills
Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive
IT and HR background is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy
Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning
solution sales strategies
Work through leads to Sales on CRM
Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
Enhance the company’s branding by increasing visibility, awareness and engagement in Various online platforms and/or offline channels
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
