1. Strategic Market Leadership
• VisMin Expansion: Develop and execute the annual sales and marketing blueprint
specifically for the Cebu and wider VisMin market.
• Revenue Growth: Accountable for the P&L (Profit and Loss) of the food business unit,
ensuring sustainable margins.
• Brand Positioning: Localize national marketing campaigns to resonate with Cebuano
culture and preferences (e.g., leveraging local festivals like Sinulog or local taste
profiles).
2. Sales & Distribution Management
• Modern Trade & General Trade: Oversee relationships with major Cebu-based
retailers (e.g., Gaisano groups, Robinsons, SM) and traditional mom-and-pop
distributors.
• Route-to-Market (RTM): Optimize delivery routes and logistics from the Cebu hub to
neighboring islands.
