The Sales and Marketing Director is primarily responsible for strategizing, planning and executing for business growth. The job holder manages the Principal to develop new customer segments, create demands, identify opportunities, source for leads, engage the prospects, follow through and secure the deals to meet/exceed the sales targets, as well as to engage, train, service and support the customers and users on an on-going basis.
The Sales and Marketing Manager also works closely with the Group Directors to drive and foster a culture of accountability, performance, excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
