Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming sales enquiries and customer requests

Support FIT, group & conference reservations

Prepare proposals and follow up on business opportunities

Maintain accurate customer databases and records

Assist with departmental reporting and administration

Manage sales collateral and promotional materials

Support the Sales & Marketing team with daily operations



Requirements:

Diploma or Degree from a reputable hotel school
