The Sales & Marketing Administrator supports James Hardie’s customer retention strategy by coordinating and executing stakeholder‑specific programs. This part‑time onsite role works 20–25 hours per week and administers a range of activities for the Sales and Marketing teams across New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor setup and maintenance, including purchasing processes (requisitions, purchase orders, invoice receipting).
- Coordinate events with industry suppliers and Sales and maintain the internal event calendar.
- Manage promotional goods, gifts, and apparel, including distribution to the Sales team for events.
- Administer customer and product data, including SKU setup, price file updates and associated customer collateral.
