Job description
: Prepare sales documents for project launch. This involves liaising with solicitors and organizing various documents essential for sales transaction and agreement. Set-up project details accurately in the Sales Booking System. Co-ordinate with system provider to test-print sales documents to ensure formatting alignment. Liaise with solicitors post-sale on Sales Agreement-related matters such as validity of specific clauses, sending out Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs) timeously and proper updating of completed sales transactions, sales records and sales summary in the Sales Booking System. Set-up proper filing of all correspondence in purchasers' file. Provide administrative assistance in conveyancing matters and serve as a primary contact for related inquiries. Monitor, follow-up, compile and manage all aspects of purchasers' requests, Sales and Purchase Agreements and payment timelines.
