WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE:

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar role
• A passion for real estate - specifically new homes, new home sales, and leasing
• A strong legal understanding related to Purchase and Sale Agreements, Addenda, and Disclosure Statements and their application
• Confidence in presenting information to internal and external stakeholders
• A strong familiarity using Spark and Avesdo CRM systems
• Familiarity with the closing process
