Position Overview
Key Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service Support - Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner within internal systems
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and order status updates
- Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment arrangements and delivery follow-ups
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, or documentation issues
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
Sales Support - Support sales team in preparation and coordination of customer visits
- Track and follow up on opportunity pipelines and sales activities
- Monitor and manage leads generated from exhibitions, campaigns, and other channels
- Prepare basic sales reports and updates for internal review
- Ensure timely communication between sales, customers, and internal stakeholders
