QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- With at least 8 years of progressive experience in operations management and leadership roles
- Experience coming from the automotive industry including dealership operations
- Has strong background in budget planning, forecasting and expense management
- Strong sales, people management and interpersonal skills
- Strategic direction in sales strategies and managing operations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end dealership operations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Oversee new unit sales, trade-ins, financing, and insurance coordination.
- Monitor sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and productivity of Sales Executives.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, promotions, and manufacturer programs.
