• Test Drives and Leads Management
  • Manage test drives for dealers, including form administration, assignment and follow‑up.
  • Manage and monitor leads, ensuring proper entry and updates.
• CRM Administration and Allocation Support
  • Keep the Sales Interaction CRM updated with accurate information on opportunities, clients and activities.
  • Control data quality and follow up on pending entries.
  • Provide operational support in allocation, ensuring consistency between CRM, Logistics and dealers.
  • Ensure proper data entry across all assigned processes.
