Position Overview
As a successful Sales & Marketing Manager - Agricultural Machinery - FR/DU, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial strategy: annual sales plan, margins, product mix
- Animate and guide the sales & marketing team (define priorities, coordinate & coach the team on the field) - you will be responsible of 3 areas sales manager, 3 product managers & 2 persons in the back office
- Manage pricing strategy and negotiate with key accounts & dealer networks
- Develop business via demo machines, rental, and used equipment
- Be responsible of the company brand by owning all marketing & communication activities & ensuring their consistency: marketing materials, digital channels, campaigns, ...
- Handle the implementation of a new CRM system
