Job Description:
Providing a memorable luxury customer service experience.Resolving & escalating customer issues or complaints with empathy, while adhering to customer service policies such as those relating to alterations, damage and repairs, and global return policies, etc.Driving and maximizing sales performance to consistently achieve individual sales targets while ensuring a luxury customer experience.Working with the Store team to execute action plans to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales and KPI targets as assigned by the Store Manager.Actively communicating customer, product and other store information to the broader Store team to ensure customer and business needs are met.Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment and product displays.
