Position Overview
Job Summary You will manage order processing and invoicing through multiple communication channels, support the sales team with inquiries and quotations, handle customer communications, resolve billing discrepancies, and perform general office administration.
Responsibilities - Process orders and invoices accurately using WhatsApp, Email, Fax, and Online Portals to ensure timely sales fulfillment
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries and prepare quotations to support the sales teamβs operations
- Manage email and phone communications professionally to maintain effective customer and internal relations
- Identify and rectify billing discrepancies by issuing credit or debit notes to maintain accurate financial records
- Perform ad-hoc office administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations
- Coordinate work schedules flexibly, including occasional weekend work from home, to meet business needs
