Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive French-speaking Sales Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Liaise with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and queries
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and general sales-related administration
- Follow up on outstanding orders and customer requests
- Ensure excellent customer service and communication at all times
