Sales Administrator –solar inverter sales

Key responsibilities:
Provides first class administrative support to the Sales Manager, our Key Account Managers and Distribution Channel Manager in the UK Is responsible for the effective, timely and accurate processing of offers, General Agreements, Customer Fact Sheets and Pricelists, Credit notes, Tenders including relevant documentation. Provides customer support and resolves customer issues via e-mail and over the telephone Acts as a vital link between local customers, key accounts and our SMA headquarters in Germany. Efficiently resolves any operational problems and invoice issues.
