SALES ADMINISTRATOR / TELESALES COORDINATOR(Kempton Park)
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Proficient in Excel
- Sage Evolution experience
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Capturing of orders received from different platforms (Email, WhatsApp, Supplier Portal)
- Calling customers for orders
- Invoicing & confirming of purchase orders daily
- Processing of loading sheets for Dispatch Manager
- Processing of a Bulk loading sheet for Pack station Manager
- Processing & emailing of credits to customers
- Checking invoices received back with a GRV/Stamp
- Filing of invoices and credits
- Completing cost per route daily
- Batch listing of invoices daily
