SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Our client in the chemical industry is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their Johannesburg team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for processing sales orders, invoicing orders, and ensuring effective communication with our customers and sales/operations teams. Assisting walk-in and telephonic customers.

Key Performance Areas

• Coordinate communication between customers, sales teams, suppliers, and the supply chain to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Process, manage, and track customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Handle customer, supplier, and sales queries, providing timely updates on order status and delivery schedules.
