Sales Administrator
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Sales Administrator.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting Sales Team as necessary through direct relations with customers, Vendors, suppliers and related parties.
• Work with Sales Managers to monitor, update and report the status of sales orders for both active and forecasted sales orders, and where necessary take necessary actions.
• Expediting the order ensuring customer delivery expectations are met.
• Create and maintain sales orders/quotes and all relevant files upon request by Sales Manager(s).
• Vendor PO creation and follow up.
• Service Order preparation, periodical commercial report preparation, service order invoice support.
• Obtain necessary pricing quotations from third party suppliers.
• Ensure data integrity in ERP system through weekly and monthly reporting.
