Company: European food-service group — Middle East operations
Job purpose
Provide day-to-day sales administration and customer support for the Middle East region. Ensure accurate order processing, timely coordination with operations and logistics, and excellent service for key accounts in Iraq, Syria and Jordan while liaising with the European head office.
Key responsibilities
- Order management
- Receive, validate and confirm purchase orders (POs) from regional customers.
- Enter orders and create new customer accounts in the company system in coordination with the European head office.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse and logistics to confirm product availability, packing lists and dispatch schedules.
- Communicate price updates, product innovations and other commercial changes to distributors and internal teams.
- Monitor and report on the commercial budget for the Middle East region.
