Position Overview
The Sales Administrative Assistant provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the sales team to ensure efficient execution of sales activities, timely order processing, and strong customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining client relationships and supporting revenue growth.
Sales Order Management
- Handle end-to-end review and processing of sales orders across channels (MDI, Government Business (GB), and In-House)
- Ensure accuracy of order details, pricing, and documentation before execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Government Bidding & Pricing
- Review government tender/bidding requirements and documentation
- Coordinate internal approvals for pricing submissions
