Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team on a daily basis
- Prepare quotations and follow up on requests and award feedback for quotations (RFQs).
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, Degree, or equivalent (Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or program management is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to long-term growth.
- Proficiency in English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
