Position Overview
Job Description: We are looking for the ideal candidate to cover a temporary position, around 6months, to help us with order processing and administrative duties in our Sales Administration Team.
Responsibilities
- Order processing of customer orders.
- Entry of purchase orders, receipt and recording of purchase invoices.
- Customer invoicing in SAGE.
- Support in administration and liaison with customers, sales management, and internal departments.
- Processing order documentation.
- Reception, phone calls attention, supportive administrative tasks for the department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Experience with Microsoft/Sage and/or other CRMs.
- Service, diligence, and punctuality.
- Effective data entry management.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Spanish as mother tongue; English will be valuable.
