Danfoss is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Service team.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting customers using CRM (Salesforce) and New Voice Media.
- Creating customers in SAP, along with verifying necessary documentation according to internal standards.
- Issuing warranty, repair, and return authorizations.
- Collaborating with other sales, transportation, service, and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Supporting Customer Service team colleagues as needed to ensure the team achieves annual goals.
- Adhering to internal policies and procedures.
