Cleanshades is a growing home and commercial services company in Singapore specialising in upholstery and other cleaning services. We're a small, close-knit team and we're looking for someone who genuinely wants to help us grow by making sure no customer or opportunity ever falls through the cracks.

This role is suitable for someone who is organised, good with follow-up, comfortable with email communication, and enjoys supporting customers. You don’t need to do hard selling or cold calling, but you must be proactive in reaching out to potential customers, following up on leads, and keeping our customer records properly updated.

• Respond to inbound enquiries promptly (same-day)
• Follow up on quotes and service requests
• Send reminders and booking confirmations
• Handle basic admin and scheduling support
