Key Responsibilities
Assist Sales & Marketing team in daily sales administration and coordination work
Handle customer enquiries, orders, and follow up on sales-related documentation
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and sales reports
Maintain and update customer database and sales records accurately
Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
