Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales & Admin Executive to join our team at Euro-Asia Design & Construction Pte Ltd, a Marine Construction Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all administrative paperwork, providing support to the HR department & Operations team, and ensures smooth operation. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
Generate daily operation timesheets for the operations team to facilitate timely approval and payroll processing
Consolidate daily supplier invoices, obtain necessary signatures, and upload documents to the server for accurate record-keeping
