Job Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and system
β’ Provide sales support
β’ Create sales order, purchase order, delivery order, invoice, credit note, etc. in the system
β’ Ensure system is always up-to-date with orders / invoices
β’ Monitor and coordinate orders with suppliers for order status
β’ Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
β’ Arrange with transporter/forwarder for local delivery/overseas shipment
β’ Ensure all shipments are accomplished on schedule
β’ Check discrepancy on supplier shipment and invoice
β’ Handle RMA logistics
β’ Handle contracts and ensure that all are properly filed
β’ Update Airtable as needed
β’ Support the logistical aspect of business
β’ Manage inventory stock β GRPO, DO,RMA etc.
β’ Get involved in stock take when the need arises
