Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, compatibility, and delivery.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including technical specifications of motorbike parts.
Prepare sales documentation including invoices, contracts, and delivery notes.
Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring customer details and sales information are updated.
Communicate with customers to confirm orders, arrange test rides, and follow up on delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the Admin Officer and service departments to ensure timely availability of the items needed by the clients and preparation of motorbikes.
